These themes offer the opportunity to release inhibitions that obstruct you from free, authentic expression. Through sacred arts practices, begin to dissolve blocks and let yourSelf be seen.

SOUND
While my yoga classes and trainings are informed by breathwork and sound healing, this is an expanded space to allow the integration of voice, the fifth chakra, into all levels of practice. The week will be filled with opportunities to create and connect with the very special community of Nosara as well as the healing guidance of Gaia, our loving Mother Earth.

In true Snake/Peacock fashion we are balancing reverent work with sacred play to activate the throat, heart, navel and sacral charkas. This experience is the essence of Lila— deep transformative work through joy and play.
