The retreat container is my all time favorite way to gather and after this global hiatus, I am beyond excited to offer this experience. One of the top “must visit” destinations for yogis and surfers alike— I’ve decided to combine my love for yoga, surf and healthy-high-vibes to bring you this unforgettable time. Life is too darn precious to deny yourSelf moments like this.
Though I am delighted to be your guide, it is of utmost importance to me that we co-create our experience. In this light, you can exchange the surf option for other adventures (horse back riding, zip lining, SUP, ATV tour , etc.) and/ or choose to a more restorative approach with massage, birth chart // tarot card readings, etc. We’ll start with a consultation call to clarify your intentions and craft your ideal experience from there.

A combination of deep stretch, breath, sound, movement, and silence will be available daily.
3 or 6 days of surf instruction and video analysis with low key, the best of the best. Again, feel free to trade out surf with other activites..
If choosing surf, you may also add on massage or other activities for an additional fee.
7 Breakfasts / 2 Lunches / 2 House dinners — provided.
Transportation: Shared shuttle to and from Liberia Airport — provided.
